NexGateHub operates this directory. Use our contact form for privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete a submission.
Browsing and saved tools
The website uses browser local storage to remember your saved tools on your device. This is not an account and does not sync across devices. Clear your browser's site data to remove it. We do not install advertising trackers.
Traffic measurement
When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views, referring domains and website performance to help us improve the directory. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or local storage to track visitors. These measurements are separate from your saved tools and submission details. See Cloudflare Web Analytics for how the service works.
Submissions
If you submit a request, we collect your name, email, tool name, website, private notes, selected category, public product description, permission confirmation and submission time to review and fulfil it. Your product name, official website, category and approved public description may be published after verified payment. Contact details and private notes are not published as part of a listing. We do not sell your contact details or automatically add you to a mailing list.
Payments
If your listing is approved and you choose to subscribe, Stripe processes checkout and recurring payments under its own privacy policy. Stripe receives the payment and billing information you enter there. We do not collect or store your card number. We use your request reference and Stripe payment records to reconcile the listing and handle billing questions.
Service emails
When publication notifications are enabled, we obtain the payer email from the verified Stripe checkout to send the initial publication confirmation through Resend from [email protected]. We retain the recipient, message and delivery state to prevent duplicate notifications and retry delivery failures. These are service messages, not marketing subscriptions. Support mail to that address is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our support mailbox.
Hosting and abuse prevention
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores submissions. Its services process technical request information such as IP addresses for delivery and security. Our submission service stores a daily salted hash derived from your IP for temporary abuse prevention; it does not store the raw IP in the submission database. Expired rate-limit records are removed when new submissions are processed.
Retention
Unneeded enquiries should be removed within 90 days. Active business correspondence may be retained while needed to fulfil the request. You can request deletion through the contact form.
Other websites
Following an official product link takes you to a separate website with its own privacy practices. We will update this notice before introducing additional analytics services or third-party advertising trackers.
