From application to listing
- Submit for review. Tell us about your product. Sending an application is free.
- Receive an approval and checkout link. Save your private status link after submitting. If accepted, it enables Stripe checkout for your approved plan.
- Start your monthly listing. Billing starts when you complete checkout. We confirm payment before publishing.
Monthly billing, with clear expectations.
All prices are in USD. Basic and Enhanced renew monthly until canceled. Cancel before renewal to stop the next charge; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your listing remains active through that paid period. No guaranteed review deadline, homepage placement, traffic, search ranking or sales. Paid listings do not buy a positive review.
Pricing questions
Do I need to pay to use NexGateHub?
No. Browsing, searching, saving and comparing tools is free. Basic and Enhanced are paid listing services for product makers. Independent editorial entries remain separate from paid submissions.
When do I pay?
After approval. We review your product first; use your saved private status link to open its Stripe checkout. Submitting this form does not charge you or start a subscription.
What does Enhanced add?
Enhanced includes everything in Basic, plus an expanded description, use cases and maker-provided assets. It does not include a homepage sponsorship or a guaranteed ranking.
How do I cancel?
Manage or cancel your subscription on Stripe using your checkout email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops the next renewal.
Will my product be accepted?
Every application is reviewed for a working official site and a clear AI use case or related creator, productivity or research workflow. Read our editorial policy. Acceptance is not guaranteed.
