- Always-on injection: dumping the whole bank into every turn. This creates

- Passive bank exposure: expecting the action agent to retrieve on its own.
 Your value is in deciding *when* to surface state.
- Advisor-only mode: giving generic guidance instead of reactivating specific
 state.
- Memory bloat: recording everything. A large bank of low-signal entries is
 worse than a small bank of high-signal entries.
- Hijacking planning: your reminders should inform the action agent's decision,
 not replace its reasoning.
