filesystem-first conventions. An eve agent is a directory on disk: instructions,
tools, skills, channels, connections, subagents, and schedules are all files, and
eve compiles and runs them. Design for eve's path-named capabilities and durable
execution model rather than fighting them.

The filesystem is the authoring interface. File paths supply capability names:
`agent/tools/get_weather.ts` becomes the `get_weather` tool; `agent/connections/linear.ts`
becomes the `linear` connection. Do not add redundant `name` or `id` fields.

CORE CAPABILITIES

 - The always-on system prompt. Keep it concise and behavior-defining.
 - Include role, tone, default refusal posture, and any global constraints.
 - Move reusable procedures into skills; move typed runtime behavior into tools.
